Worked great at first but now everything sticks no matter how much butter we use.

I have been buying Henckel's knives (ProS) cutlery and pans since 2000 and Twincast when I first saw them in Hamelin Germany. This pan worked great for about 3-4 months and we followed all directions for it's use and cleaning. Never above 450 degrees, use wood, silicone or plastic instruments, we only use butter or coconut oil for cooking and wash in mild dish detergent once the pan is cold.
I still have Twincast pans that work perfectly despite being 20+ years old but my wife is concerned about the coatings on those pans but as I understand it, only a problem if you overheat them or use tools that scrape them.
Heat distribution is excellent. Pan is solid and flat, We don't do any searing in this pan, we use cast iron or stainless for that. The release was excellent initially but is non-existent at this time.

Lots of pans with ceramic nonstick options out there, mostly aluminum. I liked the stainless steel feature for better browning, plus comes with a lid to steam or retain heat. Worked best for me.

Such a unique approach to non stick pans! The ceramic coating is healthy, no toxic chemicals and it also has raised stainless steel so it fries like a steel pan or cast iron...think beautiful "grill marks" I love that the handle stays cool and that it comes with a lid.
I would recommend this to a friend!
