Good size for smaller cutting tasks. Good for day to day use. Doubles as a beautiful cheese or charcuterie board. Requires little maintenance. No oiling necessary.

Bamboo is one of my favorite cutting surfaces. Has self healing properties so the surface stays smooth, naturally resists bacteria and is stain resistant. The softer wood is much kinder to the edge of knives keeping them sharp longer. Plus they are really pretty to look at.

Double sides board!

As we are aware, bamboo is hygienic and it is an excellent cutting board. This board is double sided, one side can be used for non-meat such as cheese, bread, fruit and vegetables, perfect for portion cutting. While the other side can be use for meat, that indention on the side of the board catches liquid and keep your counter clean from salmonella if cutting poultry. Handwashing is highly recommended, never put this in the dishwasher. You should sanitize and clean it with quick lukewarm/warm water with lemon and soap.

This cutting board is the perfect size for everyday chores. It is made out of durable bamboo and is completely hygienic. I love that is two sided so you can maximize your work prepping a big meal. Love the drip groove to catch all the yummy juices from your meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bamboo cutting board is perfect for prep work (e.g., chopping, slicing) and cutting meats. The board is solid, can be used on both sides, and is easy to clean as well as to store. And the drip well (a "must" for any cutting board size) keeps the work area clean.
