Nice, sturdy, sharp edges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Edge is certainly sharp! But the handle corners are sharp, too. Not the greatest ergonomics or sleekness. But they have a classic steak knife look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a great classic steak knife. Cut through tonight’s ribeye like butter. My previous knives would tear the steak a little and meat would be stuck on the blade and that not an issue with these!

Not as good as my old ones

I am comparing them to the 8 I bought 32 years ago and my old ones still have a better blade.
I wash all my knives by hand and they still look new as the day I bought them.
