[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit of the handles, balance, and “sharpenability” of the Solingen steel continue to be superior to most other knives we have tried. We have a set of Zwilling knives that have been in continuous service for over 30 years and they continue to perform well. We anticipate that these new knives will be similarly exceptional.

Excellent steak knives - Great value

They articulate well and can cut thin slices at the table with ease. Makes dinner time with a young person much easier, as she can now cut her own food without assistance.
