Love the brand

I am very happy with the Zwilling brand. Just replacing my steak knives after 28 years! I do baby my knives and only hand wash which is recommended. My hope is that these will last another 28 years.

Amazing steak knives. Cut through steak and chicken like butter. Highly recommend. Just got a new set to add to my others that I've had for 18 years and the edge retention is amazing. Fit well in your hand.

We use these as daily small utility knives, we have (8) in service. They are sharp, serrated edge and dishwasher safe
with their composite handles. We had similar Henckels knives we used for over 10 years until they wore out.
