[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally took the plunge and got myself a proper dutch oven. I had a smaller one for bread but I need something for roasts. This is the perfect size and I love the color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a Cocotte or Dutch Oven for braising, soups, stews, curries and bread, and after hours of research, I decided on this product. When it arrived I was not disappointed. The colour is absolutely beautiful and I could not wait to start using it. The heat retention and distribution is wonderful and my recipe came out tasting wonderful. The cocotte cleaned very easily too. Looking forward to many more recipes to try!

The pot is lighter than the competing brand. The finish is excellent. I love the color. Cleanup is easy. I have already made several dishes including coq au vin and it turned out well. I will be enjoying this pot for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the finish and quality of this pot. It fits our electric stovetop and our oven. It’s not too heavy and can be easily moved. This is our first Staub product and hope to get many years of use out of it.
