Careful this is super sharp! This is such a great peeler I can't believe how paper thin the shavings are from this tool. I use this to make carrot ribbons and they turn out so thin that you can see through them. Make peeling and paring effortless.

Good peeler, comfortable round handle. We use it often. Great for potatoes, cucumbers and carrots. I'm on my second one, our friend borrowed the first one and said she's keeping it. I guess that means she loved it

The key to a good peeler that doesn't take away too much fruit or potato along with the peel is for it to be super sharp so you don't need to apply too much pressure. This peeler is exactly that...super sharp stainless steel with a swivel tip to work around the variations in the surface of what your'e peeling. You will definitely feel the difference between this and what you've been using.

This new design swivel handle feels comfortable in my hand, it is such a great peeler. Depending on a person, this peeler moves in different ways, the swivel design allows the twin blade to safely move over a wide range of vegetable shapes and peels in both directions.
This peeler works exceptionally great for peeling vegetables and fruits skin though there's variety of fruits and vegetables should not be peeled. One of this peeler feature is that small pointed metal towards the end, is used for decorative cut designs and to dig out blemishes from fruits and vegetables. This peeler is manufactured with premium quality stainless steel, it should not rust and resilient.

We use peelers daily and usually multiple people working at the same time when there is a big prep project. I bought one of these and they are so comfortable bought two more. Your hand just doesn't get tired with this peeler. Made with high quality stainless steel, they won't rush or tarnish.

Thick & Thin

This swivel peeler removes thick and thin outer skins from fruits and vegetables. Easy grip round handle and tip for removing potato eyes and blemishes. Quality stainless steel still has maintained new appearance after repeated dishwashings.
