Solid feeling flatware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Astley 65 piece flatware set is a solid choice. The flatware is a bit narrow through the handle but has a solid substantial feel to it. The forks are longer than most but are a bit narrower so they don’t feel too large. The knives are strong but narrow and cut well.

Maintenance Required is Above and Beyond

I purchased this set of flatware in December 2020. I specifically checked to be certain it would be "Dishwasher Safe" given the daily use flatware must endure. It can be put in the dishwasher but to maintain spotless flatware requires that no food is left on it for any length of time, do not allow it to be left with water sitting on it and do not leave it in the dishwasher more than 10 - 20 minutes after the cycle ends. Towel it dry. Darkened areas can result where water touches it. These marks can be easily removed (just rub with olive oil).
Basically, hand wash and dry the flatware after using if you want to keep it looking really nice. This is not my idea of low maintenance with utensils used constantly. I was excited to replace my 20 year old flatware but little did I know that modern equipment would be so labor intensive. Signed, Very Disappointed

Nice quality set

Only negative for me was that I thought that they would be a bit heavier.
