we chose the Squared set because we fell in love with the balance of the utensil and it’s clean minimalist design. After several dishwasher cleans and old fashioned washings in the sink it has held the polished look we like.
Dinner knife easily cuts meat and we longer use our steak knives with beef or pork meals.
