Staub’s black enameled cooking surface is optimal for braising and browning. Deep skillet has raised sides for less spatter and pouring spouts for draining. Enameled exterior available in several vibrant colors. Exceptional inside and out, Staub makes for a perfect oven to table presentation.

This is a great enamel cast iron skillet that will last a lifetime. It is high quality, mare in France and fun to cook with. I love the black color option instead of being forced to buy some random color that doesn’t match everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I leave this out on my range now as I can use it for almost everything. I love its ability to go right into the oven and also not having to be super finicky with the cleaning after like other cast iron. So worth the investment!
