Excellent pan and evenly distributes heat. Just wish the handle was longer and could be made so as to not absorb so much heat. A glove is needed to move the pan or you will get burned.

Arrived quickly. Beautiful piece of cookware. Heats up evenly and retains heat very well. Despite it being a large pan it’s pretty light weight. I made chicken thighs in a mustard sauce and it seared the meat beautifully. It can go from the stovetop to the oven straight to the table. Very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful color, shape and design for this pan. This is everything you would expect from a Staub cast iron. The innovative black matte interior is designed for exceptional heating and heat retention. Excellent pan for everyday use. Keep this one on your stove top!

Nice size fry pan with pouring spouts and straighter sides. Cooking in cast iron is such a pleasure and this pan will not disappoint. Layered with 3 coats of enamel on the inside this pan does not need to be seasoned and can be washed with dish soap for a hygienic cooking surface everytime.
