I Like the solid construction of this skillet, also the matte black cooking surface. And most notably the beautiful enameled cherry finish!

Excellent pan and evenly distributes heat. Just wish the handle was longer and could be made so as to not absorb so much heat. A glove is needed to move the pan or you will get burned.
