I am very pleased with my 11 inch traditional deep cast iron skillet. I had no idea what I was missing! It has become my go to skillet for cooking proteins, preparing one dish meals, and even making decadent desserts. I didn’t realize how versatile a cast iron skillet could be. I’m creating a wishlist for future cast iron cookware!
