The length on this icing spatula is amazing, you can cover a large cake in one swoop - perfect for smooth lines. It is made from 18 /10 stainless steel so no rusting or tarnishing. A nice bonus the spatula is dishwasher safe.

This is the one. The quality of workmanship and proportion of the handle to the spatula is great. The grip makes it easy to maneuver around the corners and give a nice flat layer to cakes. Easy to clean up, just pop it in the dishwasher.

My daughter just iced a cake she made using this spatula yesterday and was telling me how awesome it was and how easily she was able to spread the frosting and reach down the sides. The handle is really comfortable and it washes nicely in the dishwasher.

A multitude of uses for this spatula! Mostly for icing cakes, but also used to separate or cut and slice pieces of cakes, pies, loaves. I love the brushed stainless steel, which gives it an updated and upscale look.
