The new bars over new burner tubes have made my Grill work just like new again. I have two of these Weber SS grills and I'll never have to buy another new grill. They last for many years unlike other brand name grills!

Im glad the parts remain available instead of having to get a new grill. we vall know that sooner or later a new grill will happen but as long as the company provides the aprts for maintenance then obviously you can spare a big expense.

OK, they might last you despite through cleaning a few years. That's NOT the problem. But the customer service guy whom I had to call to find out the correct replacement part and number, was a sloooow guuuy tyyyyping awaaaaay all necessary details about me before he even looked up the part. That type of customer relations is not acceptable, even if you work out of IL!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
