You cannot assemble the chairs together

It is the most difficult assembly ever putting chairs together. The screws are not easy to go through each piece which does not align together. There is always a gap which you need to force together to put any screw together. Horrible!!

We like this set. Once assembled.
But buyer be ware, it is ridiculously challenging to assemble, especially the chairs. if your not extremely handy don't bother purchasing. Directions are minimal and factory tolerances are all over the place. There is no way anyone assembled this inside an hour, with a second pair of hands to help, it took me several hours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've owned this set since April and the wooden table top is already warped and the stain is gone. As others said it's difficult to assemble properly as the chairs do not ever sit level no matter how handy you are. The cushions stay wet for several days. It's almost as if it's made out of sponge. I will never buy anything Costway again. Worst $1000 ever spent. The only plus it has is that aesthetically it looks nice.

Got this today. Was not sure to order because of some of the bad reviews. It is absolutely gorgeous. Took 2 1/2 relaxed hrs to put together. No missing parts. Even a couple extra bolts. Took 6 days to get it from BC. All side chairs can slide right under table beside each other. Some of the bolts lined up a little off. But if you slide the Ratan over a little and go slow it all fits. Even a ratchet in with the parts to tighten the bolts , nice. I had my fingers crossed because of the sale price of 849$ for a table and 8 chairs with cushions on top of everything. So far extremely happy with it. People today already commented wow nice table. I will varnish the wood so it lasts and stay’s nice. I would highly recommend at this price. Wow.
