I purchased a couple of weeks ago. Very surprised at how well it works. Low works best for area rugs. I have Berber carpet and it is okay to use the higher speed.

I have had many Dyson products in my life and this is the first one that I have a problem with. I have a V-8 and the dust trap door doesn't spring load.

This is my second Dyson stick vacuum. I had my other one for many years and it needed replacing. I’m impressed with the newer model modifications made on this vacuum—for example, it’s easier to completely empty the dust compartment now. Also, it holds a charge twice as long as the older one. Works great!
