We just received the water cooler. the hot water side heate

My son encouraged us to purchase the Avalon bottom loading water dispenser, because their family loved it, and we found that we love it, too! So easy to replace the 5 gallon bottles, it's a happy new addition to our home! Thanks for a wonderful product,
