Great cooler!

I like the paddles and the fast dispense rate. It's too tall to fit in the cabinet with the 5 gallon bottles. We can only use the 3 gallon bottles.

Plastic taste

Extremely disappointed our water cooler tasted like plastic after we cleaned it and they sent us a replacement which tasted even worse

Compact, convenient water dispenser

Bought a month ago and working great so far! It does make a consistent buzzing/humming noise when the cold water condenser is on, but it's similar to the noise a mini-fridge would make. I've turned the cold water condenser off for the winter (and left the hot water heater on), and I haven't noticed any noise since. The size is very compact and fits in my tight space perfectly, dispensing water is easy and convenient, and it fits a 3-gallon bottle (which is my preference) perfectly!
I would recommend this to a friend!
