Haven't started using it yet. It's much taller than our previous one so that will take some getting used to. Shorter models are better for lifting the heavy water up onto.

Nice product. A couple suggestions: the water flow rate could be faster - a little slow. A 90 degree AC plug would be a lot better so the unit can be closer to the wall.
