This water cooler was received as a gift and were quite pleased after receiving it on Dec 31 2019. The dispenser was well packaged and the carton was easy to remove the appliance from. Its attractive and easy to set up for first use. The hot water feature is great and the water is hot enough for a quick cup of tea.

Just purchased and received today. Seems to be working fine right out of the box. I have a Zero One water filter bottle system that fits perfectly on the water cooler once the bottle supporter is removed.
