We have been using water coolers for more than 35 years. Avalon Coolers are by far the best. The cold water is really cold and the hot water is definitely hot enough for anyone. I love the style and it is much narrower than other brands so it can fit almost anywhere.

I purchased this and was so excited. And it worked great!... for the first 2 weeks. Then it started leaking out the bottom and ruined my new granite counter top.

Love the easy install however the unit came with an EMPTY 5 Gallon water jug. Not sure if I missed something when placing the order but I was under the impression that we would be receiving the unit ready for same day use.
