Great product. Child lock on the buttons would be helpful since we have little ones but otherwise we are happy with it so far.

Just received the unit and set it up. The initial rinse out is a bit cumbersome as the top cover is tightly snapped in and some of the tabs could break off. Besides this issue it appears to be a very capable dispenser.

So far I like the unit but havent used it long enough to form a solid opinion. I like the way it looks and operates. My only criticism is that the bottom half of the unit is completely empty which seems like a waste of space. It would be nice if I could easily open a front compartment to store another bottle of water. I also find that the compressor is a bit louder than another cheaper cooler that I have owned.

Ive only had the product 3 days and it works good so far. Seems like the refrigeration/compressor runs a lot. Not sure if that is normal or not.
