Only had the water cooler three weeks now but it's working great. The cold water spout is ice cold and the hot water spout is piping hot.

I love this water cooler...had an A2 for several years, heat element went out...we decided to order a new one, this one is slimmer & a bit shorter, makes it easier to load the 3 gallon bottles on top.

The water cooler began leaking a small amount onto floor two weeks after received. By the next weekend water leaked out overnight, all over kitchen floor. Leaking from inside unit.
