Everything is great! It was easy to put together Customer Service was pleasant. I like the way the water comes out quickly and I like the way it looks.

Came well packed and clean as you would want from a product intended for drinking water.

I never owned a water cooler. The water cooler is for home use. I am having trouble understanding the instructions from first time use to how to clean the unit.

Like that it is top loading and water comes out colder than my last one and really like the opportunity to use bigger glasses.
