Nice unit but had to run about 20 gals of water through before plastic taste dissipated. And then the cleaning kit and another 5 gals. Now working fine. quieter than expected after reading other reviews.

As with previous buyers, first cup of cold water had a plastic taste to it but then went away. So far happy with the cooler.

The water cooler works perfectly. Cold water is cold, and hot water is hot.

Product came as advertised and is working well so far. We are enjoying the fresh water and I particularly like the hot water safety feature.

The wire in the machine was loose when it came, I had to open it and attach the wire myself.
