My top loading water dispenser w/ hot & cold taps set up effortlessly & works perfectly so far. I am very happy with this purchase.

Arrived safely, well packaged. Unboxing and setup were easy. Everything works great. Disappointed that I cannot refill my water bottles due to there not being enough room to hold them directly under the water spigot. Will have to figure out a work around.

The cold water spout is leaking, though the unit is otherwise good. Hopefully this is just a one off defect.

Easy to set up. You need to be strong enough to lift water bottle and hold vertically to puncture and mount bottle.
