My water cooler of two months of age have out today. I contacted customer support where the ladies walked me through a simple step to see if it was something that could be fixed or if the cooler needed replacement. It turned out that our water cooler needed replacement. I purchased this water cooler for our new born baby girl so I'd have clean water to feed her at my finger tips. The girls were great at over the phone and making sure a replacement was shipped same day. It's crucial that I have this water cooler as we live in a rural area with a well. Thank you for your help. I really hope the replacement will last a long time as we are planning to try for another baby real soon!

I like that I can switch off the hot water feature and use that as room temperature water. However, if I do need hot water I can just toggle the switch and I have hot water - great feature.

Arrived safely, well packaged. Unboxing and setup were easy. Everything works great. Disappointed that I cannot refill my water bottles due to there not being enough room to hold them directly under the water spigot. Will have to figure out a work around.
