I appreciate that the cooler silences itself after a brief period. Ive had many issues with other coolers in the past of making white noise, or flat out not cooling. Its working well so far.

Best customer service and quality product

I don't even know where to begin. We had a cooler that started leaking, yes a pain but I contacted Avalon. Within 24 hours they contacted me. We tried a few things to try and remedy the issue first. Maybe it was leaking from the top by where the water goes in, they sent me a video on what to do to test it. Unfortunately that was not the issue. So we tried some other things and determined it was probably somewhere else. They immediately determined that I needed a new unit. Again, within 24 hours I had an order number then a tracking number. People do not rave about customer service and they are one step above the rest hands down. Yes we will always support them and recommend them to others. In fact my friend just ordered one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Convenient

We used to just use a Brita jug but since getting pregnant, Ive been drinking a lot more water. Having 5 gallons available makes things more convenient, especially with the hot or cold functions.
