This water cooler top load is worth buying. It dispenses hot and cold water. The hot water is very hot and the cold is refreshingly cold. We had bought another brand 2 weeks before and couldnt get 2 glasses of cold water, second glass was warmer. We returned it and bought the Avalon. Very happy with the product
