A1 Water Cooler

Our first Avalon cooler leaked all over the floor and within itself. This one is a replacement and the same thing happened. We dont move or abuse this machine. We had another water cooler for 15 years before this one that had no issues until the end. Very dissatisfied.

Why does motor run constantly??

Since i purchased the counter top hot/cold dispenser my electric bill is alot higher... I keep switch off for hot water an motor constantly runs to point where i have to shut off cold water switch. Is tht normal??

We have been using bottled water for over 35 years, both in New York and Idaho, and as such, have spoken to many customer service representatives. Avalon's Michaela H. is by far one of the best Support personnel to have assisted me. She is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent rapport and follow-up skills, and is one of Avalon's best assets. We love our water cooler and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

The cooler is modern and clean looking in our kitchen. The water is super cold or super hot and on demand which is awesome. Tiffany from customer support went above and beyond our expectations to help us with some shipping issues along the way. Couldn't be happier. Will recommend Avalon for sure!
