I am quite happy with my Avalon water cooler purchase. I use it in both my home and business. I only wish there was a way to keep children away from it.

Due to the height of the tray, it is difficult to properly center an empty 16.9oz. plastic bottle (Dasani for example) under the spout for refills, so thats a miss. Excuse the pun.

Looks like a nice water dispenser but the green self clean button is on and the empty water bottle light keeps flashing even though theres a new bottle in it. Called help line and not open on saturdays. Disappointed that I cant get it to work today
