Due to the height of the tray, it is difficult to properly center an empty 16.9oz. plastic bottle (Dasani for example) under the spout for refills, so thats a miss. Excuse the pun.

Looks like a nice water dispenser but the green self clean button is on and the empty water bottle light keeps flashing even though theres a new bottle in it. Called help line and not open on saturdays. Disappointed that I cant get it to work today
