Cools and heats the water very well

This watercooler is quiet and both cools and heats the water very well. I like having the option to turn off the red button for the hot water option on the back so as not to waste energy.

A little top heavy - concerned it could tip over forward; no legs to adjust - seems tilted toward front; could not undo cap to drain water at setup. Otherwise looks good and work ok.

Enjoying my Avalon water cooler/heater

Received my Avalon cooler in December and have been enjoying the convenience of hot and cold drinking water on demand. In July had a minor leaking issue on one of the nozzles. Emailed the company and got an extremely fast response from customer service explaining a fix for the problem as well as a link to a youtube video for visualization. Worked like a charm! Cooler is working perfectly and I was extremely pleased with the help I received from service rep. Michaela H. Polite and friendly and knew exactly what to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!
