as of now working great. wish there was a holder for the main wire plug in, if your not careful the wire get on back of the heating element and may burn wire.

Works without any issues. I like the separate switches for hot and cold function and the push style dispensing lever - just like my refrigerator. Makes one-handed dispensing easy. Unit is attractive and quiet.

This cooler is exactly what we required for our home. The ease of operation with the push paddles as opposed to buttons was a big factor in selecting this model. The price is also very good when comared to other manufacturers.
