Really enjoy this cooler

We really enjoy this water cooler and have not encountered any issues. Was super easy to set up. We love that the hot water can be turned off completely as we have small children in the house. Only downside is that it runs on the loud side while cooling water.

I like the water cooler. I ordered black but got white. I'm just going to keep it. The hot and cold dispensers do not seem very sturdy. I'm a little concerned about them standing the test of time, but we will see.

My water dispenser started to leak and I was able to get help from Dan at Avalon who assured me it just needed to be cleaned. I followed the steps given and my water dispenser stopped leaking. Thank you for the great advice!
