Only one issue

The only issue I have with the product is that I was not able to use it with a ZeroWater ZJ-004S, Refillable Filtered Water Cooler Jug. The opening for the bottle was too small.

Easy set up. Nice looking unit. Found it difficult to lift water jug onto the cooler as it is high. Not sure if the water reaches the temperatures stated in manual. Did not make water hot enough for tea.
