Initial impressions are good. The cooler does occasionally make a somewhat grumpy sounding buzz but it's no louder than my fridge.

easy set up as i have had other watercoolers in past. Only reason I gave it four stars and a half (if that was available) is that I wish the water is more cold.

Unfortunately, this is a replacement unit. My initial unit failed because of an internal leak. Your support representatives were very helpful during the process. I was happy with the first unit; and I'm hopeful that this unit will last for years. Thank you for your superior response to my dilemma.
