indicator light does not work, and I have contacted support

Seems to heat and cool the water fine. The indicator light does not work, and I have contacted support to help correct this problem. The problem could have occurred during delivery because it was upside down at delivery.

It's nice. I was initially listening carefully for noise, but it has been nice and quiet. Noticed that I can't adjust temps, but I figure there are safety reasons for not having this ability. So far, so good.
