Everything is great, and the unit works well so far!! My only complaint is the dispenser levers feel cheap and plasticky but that is to be expected at this price point.

Love the thin style of this watercooler, I have a very small kitchen and it fits perfect. Also the design of the machine, it has a modern and yet a slight vintage look.

Really love this thing. Was introduced by a water delivery company. Was blown away to see how affordable purchasing one on our own was. Bought one for my business and recommended others do as well. Only disappointment was shipper damaged box and container on delivery but for now I don't think it's affecting performance.
