Everything is great, and the unit works well so far!! My only complaint is the dispenser levers feel cheap and plasticky but that is to be expected at this price point.

Really love this thing. Was introduced by a water delivery company. Was blown away to see how affordable purchasing one on our own was. Bought one for my business and recommended others do as well. Only disappointment was shipper damaged box and container on delivery but for now I don't think it's affecting performance.

Reasonably well made. Quite light so will not sit well on carpet. Lots of unused empty space inside where a cabinet could be. Cold water temp is perfect
