Initially my first impression is Very Good to Excellent. I followed the Instructions, exactly and once I plugged it into the wall socket it began the cool cycle. Approximately 1 hour later, the cold water light went out and it served up cold water.

Pleased with the performance of this cooler. The noise level is tolerable. The dispensed water should be slightly hotter. I have only had this cooler in my possession for 30 days.
