No kidding i never lost them :). I have a Roam smart tracker and it is functioning great! I have left my keys somewhere and then forget where i put them. Now i can simply find them by using the Google find my device to let the Roam beep. The sound is loud enough to find it. The same is valid for my backpack where i also put a Roam device into. I left it in my car and that day my wife had taken my car. But thanks to her Pixel phone (and Google and above all the Roam device) i again was able to find my backpack! In short simply ways; it works great, nice small device and you can put it anywhere you like.

It's a good bluetooth tracker that supports both android & ios.
Only annoying thing is that it beeps from time to time when not connected to the phone for a long time and being moved. I was told this is a feature Google requires the trackers to have, but it really needs to be improved / adjusted, it's reeeallly annoying at times, especially when being in a quiet lecture hall and suddenly starts beeping for no reason. Also I don't know how to make it stop.

The ring is convenient for attaching it to e.g. a keychain and it just feels nice, good quality product.
Also there's a QR code on it that helps finders contact you through information you can provide when setting it up.
Haven't tested losing it yet, will do that soon.
So overall: Good tracker

So far the device has worked well. I have not had a chance to see if I will get a status update while the device is on the move across the city from me. I sometimes have an issue getting the device the to sync to my android. I sometimes have to delete the device and resync it. It would be nice to be able to set different chimes for different trackers and have an option to have several devices chime at once.

I am really glad I supported this campaign! The devices are small and super easy to set up, took only a couple of minutes… so far I have one in my bike and the rest in the luggage I use for travelling. Didn’t lose anything at the moment LOL so have not verified the actual intended use but all devices are trackable in my iPhone! The company was also great at keeping us informed throughout the whole development and delivery process. Overall super happy!!
