Not quite sure what I was expecting but from what I can tell the Roam does what it should. I love the design and the replaceable battery. I think the big problem is that Android/Google Find Hub isn't quite ready for prime time. Phone app works better than the web version (haven't been able to see the Roam on the web). No idea how it works in the iOS world.

This is my first time using a tracker and so far I have been pleased. It works as described and is very aesthetic. The app is very easy to use and sending everything up was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this product.

I'm very glad that I supported Roam through its Kickstarter campaign! Initially I ordered one, but then I added another one because it's packed with features and works beautifully with my android. In my case, they are mainly used for luggage when travelling and, more importantly, to give me peace of mind by putting one of them next to my videography gear when on a job!
