I communicate a lot by email and am so frustrated by the cursor jumping about for no apparent reason resulting in the text appearing in the middle of previous sentences. Also letters appear that I have not typed. Whole sentences or parts of sentences suddenly disappear. At the slightest pause, everything disappears into Drafts.
My son gave me a new computer as the old one was so slow but I am spending so much time correcting or trying to find my work that it is more time consuming than the old computer.

There are 2 issues with the Laptop. The keyboard, white letters on a grey background marks very easily making the figures hard to see. How is the batter changed, it no longer looks User changeable.

The keyboard has white letters on black keys and sometimes they aren’t easy to see after several months of daily use, unless you have a light on them.

It feels and looks like a very cheap laptop. The keyboard letters are so badly printed in most lighting you can't see them. When it goes in to sleep mode you have to complete shut it down and restart. Other then that works fine. Not had issues with the soft were. Running speed seems ok. Speakers aren't great but never are on computers. Plenty of storage space. Easy to set up.
