Carving with ease

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Electric Knife with Storage Case was easy to assemble, easy to clean, easy to hold, safety features and maneuverability are key points. The Ergonomic handle is engineered to increase comfort and control during slicing, the serrated blades slice quickly through meats and bread, came in handy at our tailgate party over the weekend; dishwasher safe and the Storage Case is genius for storage! Love it..

Great Electric Knife!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Hamilton Beach Electric Knife. The knife comes with a very nice, and sturdy storage case, which makes it easier to store all of the pieces in. I also like how a large serving fork is included. The knife is very easy to use. It comes with two blades that just slide right into the knife. To remove the blades, there is a button at the top of the knife. The on and off switch is located on the bottom, and I like that it has a fairly long cord that will reach quite a few outlets near my countertops. The knife can be used for slicing or carving a variety of meats, and can also be used as a bread knife. Cleaning the blades is very easy, just use some hot water and soap to wash them, then dry, and put everything back into the storage case. I used the knife on a ham over the weekend, and I just loved how easy it was to use, and how easy it was to slice the meat off of the bone.

Electric knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family had one of these electric knives growing up and we always used it for a carving the turkey at special holidays. I’m looking forward to using it in a couple weeks at our Thanksgiving! For now I’ve been able to use it to cut French bread, and I’ve been impressed at how thin the slices can be made. It is a little bulky or awkward to hold, compared to a standard knife, but I think it’s a fair trade off for the functionality!

Kitchen Power when you need it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the electric knife for a holiday roast and thought it was the right level of cutting power without making a mess or having food get caught on the blade as it's cutting. It made slicing a plant-based roast and turkey breast a breeze to slice up prior to serving. The hard case feels protective and rugged for the contents inside and it was very easy to press and hold the knife while cutting and let go for accuracy and subtlety.

A great choice for those new to electric knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used an electric knife before, but I had a good experience with this one. The packaging is very neat and I love the case that comes with the knife and accessories. I would have to say that the blades aren’t super strong, so I use this on things that are easy to cut. It will be very fun to use the knife during Thanksgiving, as I’m sure it will cut the turkey with ease. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in trying out an electric knife.

Light in weight and easily stored with the container included. Very easy to clean and really saves a lot of effort during cutting process especially if you are cutting something huge like a turkey or a lamb. Very happy with it.
