Love the lights but only downfall is I had to flip the camera upside down and put it on my fireplace in the center to be able to calibrate to my 85in tv, calibration was very hard to figure out with no help online, overall happy but they were a bit pricey for the quality I received from them

It works as expected, but the only thing i have to complaint is about the length of the lights. for 55 inch tv is perfect, but nothing for 50 inch tv. of course my lights broke already because i tried to put on a 50 inch tv. i need to get a replacement for at least for a 50 inch tv and i can't see anything in website.

I recently upgraded my TV backlight to the T2 and I'm so happy I did! The T2 is so awesome wish I would have done it sooner!

Better than expected

I got these after getting the permanent house lights. Super easy to install.Took a little tweaking with the color adjustment to make the colors match, but now it's near perfect. Only wish it had some way to positively turn on and off with the TV. It's got an option to turn off when the screen doesn't change for a few minutes, but it's still in beta testing and doesn't work consistently yet.

Govee T2 (H605C) better for thin TVs than H6199 but..

It is unfortunate that you could not reuse the light strips from the H6199 (they look identical to the H605C) so it basically means you have to discard the H6199.
Overall the T2 and it's better camera create a more accurate backlighting but I do not know if I would have purchased it knowing I had to rip off the old lighting to replace the entire system.
