Save your money and buy the one without the Trash Camera.

I've owned this product for about 2 months. Its worthless. The Camera colors don't match. They are way off. The Calibrate the Camera option is doesn't work 99% of the time. Constantly says my Wifi settings are not working but it works fine when i press the power button on the main screen. Can't Calibrate the Camera to try to get it to work. Save your money. I've noticed that some of their products are great and some are trash.

Big disappointment

It won’t connect to WiFi or let me change the network, the lights are not nearly as bright as shown on the videos, it displays wrong colors and it doesn’t shut off with the tv, the lights stay on all day. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the first purchase of the T2 backlights, unfortunately, I had some issues with the light strip. Govee CS went out of the way and went above and beyond to assist me in getting it replaced at no cost. Now that the new set has been placed, I'm extremely happy and overwhelmingly surprised at how accurate the colors are and how well it works, and I'm extremely grateful for the replacement they sent. Thank you Govee looking forward for great Innovative products.

I had the original Backlight, but since I upgraded to a larger TV, I decided to upgrade the backlighting also. I love the dual camera mode which allows it to "see" the screen better and match the colors instantly. the one thing I will say is Calibrate, Calibrate, Calibrate!!! do it in the day time and at night. but once you get it dialed in, it looks spectacular!

Once I figured out the white balance, this works amazing! I don't use the dozens of fun lighting features like disco party mode etc. I purchased for movies and the experience is just incredible. The latest update gave 2 new options for how the lights work and I find the full option is the best. The only thing I wish it did was shut off when the TV does. It's not a big deal at all to go into the app to turn it off, but when I forget, the living room stays lit up as it turns to a white light when the TV is off.
Easy to set up and there are tons of step-by-step videos on YouTube from users who are not technical or overly chatty. I am so happy with this purchase!
