I just purchased the product and so far so good. Easy set up. I like the fact that it has the self cleaning feature.

Only had it for a day, but I'm satisfied with how quiet it is and how quickly the water cools and heats. The taste of the water is slightly metallic which I hope will dissipate as time goes by. Thank you.
