I hate flossing, so I wasn't sure how I would feel about using a Waterpik. I love it. I put mouthwash in the water reservoir so I can floss and freshen my breath at the same time. I got this model because a reviewer on Amazon said it was easy to store the hose and handle. And it is. I was also surprised that using it makes my teeth feel like they have been polished. And yes, I have recommended it to friends.

I bought this because my dentist recommended it after installing a bridge. I was having a lot of trouble with food getting stuck at the gum line and I've never been very good at flossing. I'm glad he did because this works great!
