I've used the Ultra for about a month and I am completely satisfied with this product. I'm very pleased and so glad that I made the decision to try water flossing to better clean my teeth and gums. It's a good product and I would definitely recommend it. Overall, it works well with plenty of pressure (even at low settings). There is enough water storage to handle my cleanings.

It’s been many years since I used a Water Pic. The first time I tried to use it, water went everywhere. Apparently, the piece wasn’t completely in the wan.
I thought I had snapped it on, but was mistaken I guess. Lesson learned! It wasn’t about the pressure, I guess I didn’t read the directions correctly.

I would have given it a 5 but for a tiny problem when you initially start to use it. You have to hold the canister down to engage the unit. Not an issue for me now that I've figured that out, but someone less mobile might have a problem. The 5-star component of this model is the cleanable water canister. That was the main reason for buying this particular Waterpik. Cheaper models and off brands are subject to mold growing in the water compartment.

I was just diagnosed with early gum disease and an infection between two of my teeth. I went from normal check ups to OMG no!!!! The dentist recommended a few additions to my daily dental routine, including incorporating a Waterpik. I'll admit, I was hesitant at first, but it's worked really well and every time I use it after dinner, along with the rest of my dental routine, my teeth feel incredibly clean, almost as though I just was at the dentist for a cleaning! I'm impressed. It's not messy as long as you are looking down into the sink and not into the mirror while using it. It's also not huge, which is a plus!

this one same model different color, does not weigh as much. I'm starting to get better used to it, but seems like not enough pressure and when I turn the pressure up, it gets noisier and vibrates a bit.
