I originally purchased this product to assist with dental care of my wife who has Alzheimer's. The device works very well for that purpose, but I have had to suspend use of it because I am still trying to figure out how to deal with the water that is used. I haven't given up, but still experimenting.

Very happy with my waterpick. The top that holds the accessories needs to have a tab to hold it closed. Annoying when it doesn’t open and close with a tab or lock. It opens up and everything falls out.

I bought this water pick to replace an existing one. I use this device at least twice each day and have only been using it now for about a month. The seal on the tank fails every time it is used with the tank always leaking water when it is filled. This is annoying and it creates a mess with the water. Other than that I feel the water pick is a useful devise for me and wish it worked as designed.
