As we age, keeping gums healthy becomes more crucial. The water pic dislodges debris even after flossing and brushing. Yes, my dentist says you still have to floss. So this is an extra step, but so simple to do.

I bought my Water Pic about a month ago at my dentists insistence and I love it and use it everyday. I add about 1/3 cup of hydrogen peroxide to the warm water. Hope it helps and that my dentist will see an improvement.
